Changes from 2018 Bylaws:

  1. Gender neutral throughout (note old gender neutral language in numerous places)
  2. p.4 Article III Affiliates – include language that all CEA members are also MTA and NEA members
  3. p.4 Article IV Membership – include language of how to resign, inactive membership
  4. p.5 Article V D 3 – Update Secretary duties in line with current practice
  5. p.14 Article VIII 12 – Finance committee submits proposed budget in May for approval in June
  6. p.14 Article IX Dues – Set by the Executive Board at its meeting in June
  7. p.14 Article IX Name of the CEA Fund
  8. p.15 Article XII Bylaws amendment process
