This committee oversees the evaluation process and makes changes to implementation. It can also make recommendations for changes to the process, but anything significant must be bargained and ratified. The work is slow, but there is a great deal to do to make this system more supportive of educator growth. Last year we revised streamlined Self Assessment, Goal Setting and Plan form process and also supported the implementation of student/staff feedback . Key work for this year is revising the classroom observation form.
Meetings are about every six weeks, depending on work. Some reading/work outside meetings is needed.
