The Evaluation Form Working Committee is co-chaired by the CPS Executive Director of Human Resources and the President of the CEA. Evaluation Process Working Group Positions
This committee oversees the evaluation process and makes changes to implementation. It can also make recommendations for changes to the process, but anything significant must be bargained and ratified. The work is slow, but there is a great deal to do to make this system more supportive of educator growth.
