Vice President
Serves as chair of the Grievance Committee.
Acts for the President, should the President be unable to perform the duties of the office.
Attends TASC and other MTA/NEA meetings at the request of the president.
Serves as an ex-officio member of the Contract Committee.

Treasurer
Holds the funds of the CTA and disburses them in accordance with budgeted authorization.
Bills the membership for annual dues.
Maintains a roll of the membership.
Keeps accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements and submits written reports to the Executive Committee and annual general membership meeting.
Serves as chairperson of the Finance Committee.
Serves as an ex-officio member of the Contract Committee.

Secretary
Keeps a full and accurate account of all CTA business transacted during meetings.
Provides faculty representatives with a list of all board members, committee chairs and committee members to be posted in all schools.
Distributes minutes of the Executive Board to officers and faculty representatives for distribution to the general membership.
Serves as an ex-officio member of the Contract Committee for Units A & B and receives minutes from Unit C, D & E Contract committees.
